With 50 of their family and friends, this fun loving couple exchanged their heartfelt “I Do’s” at Gannon’s in Wailea. Adding a lovely touch of elegance to this tropical venue with gorgeous, one shouldered navy blue dresses that adorned the bridesmaids, slacks and suspenders for the groomsmen. Bob McCollor presided over the ceremony, pronouncing them “Man and Wife” to cheers from the crowd.
Creative Island Visions Photography captured every detail beautifully ~ even the Ford Mustang Convertible drive down to the beach where the romance came to life. In honor of the Bride’s Chinese heritage and the Groom’s Polish heritage, they had a Chinese Tea Ceremony and a Polish Ceremony back at the reception. Followed by a romantic first dance, the couple cut their cake and boogied downed with their family and friends ~ what a great night!!
On a lovely morning in Maui, at Po’olenalena Beach, Sarah and Markus wed with close friends and family alongside them. Scott Drexler snapped up the moments as musician, Tim O’Hara, serenaded the guests who watched Sarah make her entrance escorted by her brother. Jackie Cavallo provided her hair and make-up skills to get Sarah into her perfect wedding look. Their 5-year-old son, Ben, served as their ring bearer and eventually made his way into the ocean to play.
Congratulations to Mikel and Gregory! They traveled to Maui from New Hampshire with a few of their closest family and friends to be married on Ulua Beach. John Pierre’s Photography captured some beautiful moments of this gorgeous couple. We wish them all the best for their future together!
In the Hawaiian Islands, the first of May is known as Lei Day. Lei Day is a celebration of the Hawaiian Culture and the Aloha Spirit. It was a perfect day to have the wedding celebration of Kauilei and Loea. They both grew up on Maui, where they first met in grade school and reconnected on Oahu. Kauilei is part of the Wailea Marriott’s family, where she works in the Event Department. She has assisted us with many weddings throughout the years and we wish her and her new husband the absolute best! This amazing photo was taken by Creative Island Visions.
Kim and Jeff came to Maui from Kentucky to get married, and boy do they have that southern charm 🙂 Chelsea and Cassie from Creative Island Visions met up with Kim for a few getting ready photos then headed down to the beach for their ceremony. These two were so much fun; giggling and smiling the entire time. You can just see the love between them. They even serenaded us afterward their wedding with a song that Jeff wrote for Kim.
Jami and Marc were married at the Maui Tropical Plantation. This is one of our favorite venues, with its lush gardens and tropical flowers it is an amazing setting to have your wedding. Pete Thompson was there to capture some intimate moments of the bride and groom throughout their ceremony all the way through dancing at their reception.
Lindsay and Dave were such a beautiful couple! They were married on the Kaho’olawe Lawn overlooking the ocean at the Wailea Marriott Resort and Spa. Scott Drexler of Photos on Maui was there to help capture some amazing images around the gorgeous grounds of the hotel. Dellables Florist created some amazing floral arrangements that accented their wedding day beautifully.
Tatianna & Aaron jumped the Pacific Ocean from sunny California to get married on Maui. Their ceremony was at the beautiful Kaho’olawe Lawn at the Wailea Marriott. Scott Drexler of Photos on Maui was on location to help the bride and groom remember their wedding day.
Jodi & David were married on the sprawling Ironwoods Beach on the West Side of Maui. The couple came from Missouri to experience the intimate setting of a beach wedding with Mike Sydney on hand to help create some amazing photos with the couple.
